Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use this site or place an order.

Research Use Only

All products are sold strictly for laboratory and research use. They are not for human or animal consumption, diagnostic use, therapeutic use, or clinical use. By purchasing, you affirm that you are qualified to handle research materials and will use products lawfully.

Purchaser Qualifications

Purchasers must be at least 21 years of age and must buy on behalf of a legitimate business, institution, or private research organization. RUO Coalition reserves the right to screen and reject orders associated with prohibited end-use channels, including pharmacies, med spas, weight-loss clinics, TRT clinics, gyms, and dormitories.

Orders & Acceptance

Submission of an order does not constitute acceptance. We may accept, decline, or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected misuse, incomplete information, or shipping restrictions. Order confirmation occurs when payment is accepted and the order is prepared for shipment.

Payment

Payments are accepted only through the methods listed at checkout. Peer-to-peer transfers made outside the listed methods, or any attempt to circumvent standard payment processing, are not accepted and may result in order cancellation.

Shipping & Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. It is the buyer's responsibility to provide accurate shipping information and to file any carrier claims for lost or damaged shipments.

Returns & Cancellations

All sales are final. Returns, refunds, and cancellations are not accepted except at our sole discretion. Discrepancy claims require a qualifying unboxing video as described in our Refund & Discrepancy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

RUO Coalition is not liable for any misuse of products, or for any injury, loss, or damage arising from improper handling, storage, or use. The buyer assumes all responsibility for compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated at any time. The version in effect at the time of purchase applies to that order.
